When the payment has been made, you will receive (via web page and email) the procedure to receive your SBAR tokens.

From the date of your purchase, you have 15 calendar days to carry out this procedure.

After this time, if SelfBar has not received your correct Metamask address by return of your purchase ticket email, nor has it been configured for the SBAR token, Selfbar will refund your purchase without the initial transaction fee (7 € the pack of €200 and €15 the pack of €500).

Once SelfBar receives your Metamask address, it will transfer your SBAR tokens. In this case the operation will be considered as closed.

If within 15 days you have not yet received your SBAR tokens, give us a word by return of your purchase notification email.

No refund can be requested if the transfer has actually taken place on the Metamask address mentioned in return of your notification email after purchase.

SBAR Next’gen Vouchers: these are « next generation digital vouchers which gives you drink credits that can be used on the activated SelfBar tables. They will be exchangeable during 2022 for a minimum value of 1.5 Eur / SBar.
